Changelog

Every update, improvement and fix - in one place.

v4.5

Subscriptions List Cleanup

  • Subscriptions filters sit in one toolbar: search, type, router, and a Filters button for end date, fee, and speed
  • Active filters show as removable chips with a Clear all action
  • The end-date hint is larger and clearer, so urgency reads at a glance
  • A selection is kept when you change a filter or sort; a matching selection that spans the whole list clears when the filters change and says so
  • On a phone the header keeps + Enroll Subscriber and moves the other actions into an overflow menu
  • Billing details lead with Outstanding and Unapplied payments, so what is owed and what is unapplied are the first things you see
  • Applied to bills and Recorded payments are shown separately, so a recorded payment that is still a credit never reads as lost
  • A year with no bills shows a short explanation instead of a grid of empty months
  • The Active, Expiring, Expired, and Disabled tiles are now the status filter; click a tile to filter and click it again to show all
  • The plan list shows a Billing column (On or Off), so monthly billing is visible without opening Details
  • Details holds every subscriber view in one dialog: Billing, Payments, Events, Bills, Statement, and Private link are tabs, not stacked windows
  • Move between Details tabs with the arrow keys, and Escape closes the top view first instead of every open dialog at once
  • A monthly bill is issued 7 days before its due date, so you can send it ahead of time; the due date does not change
  • The subscriber portal shows the plan status (Active, Expiring, Expired, or Suspended) on the Bills, Statements, and Receipts pages
v4.4

Hotspot and ISP Workspaces

  • Pro accounts get a Hotspot / ISP switcher under the router picker that separates hotspot management from ISP management
  • Hotspot keeps Dashboard, Network Health, Hotspot, Hotspot Sales, Expense Manager, History, and Tools
  • ISP shows an ISP Management group with PPPoE, IPoE, Subscriptions, and Payment Reminder, then Expense Manager, History, and Tools
  • Manual, Announcements, Settings, and Support Us stay at the bottom of both workspaces
  • The workspace is remembered per operator and per router, and opening an ISP page selects the ISP workspace
  • Switching workspace keeps a shared page open and opens the Dashboard from a page that belongs to the other workspace
  • The switcher changes the menu only; it never changes the selected router and never grants a feature
v4.3

Subscription Capacity and Itemized Renewal

  • Plan Status shows your subscription capacity as used and total, with the included allowance and any purchased blocks
  • Plan Status shows an itemized monthly breakdown: plan, additional routers, subscription capacity, and Payment Reminder
  • The payment form prefills the expected amount from a server quote and shows the covered renewal period
  • If prices or your plan change before you submit, the form shows the updated total and asks you to review it
  • A payment reference alone never renews your plan or adds capacity; your administrator approves the renewal
v4.2

Sign-in Boundaries

  • Remote Access clients sign in only at /remote/login, and operator accounts sign in only at /login
  • A wrong dashboard password in a router setup reveal stays on the form and no longer signs you out
v4.1

Remote Access Fixes

  • A Remote Access client whose session ends returns to the remote sign-in page, not the operator login
  • The renewal form clears the previous amount when the period changes and keeps Submit off until the current amount is ready
  • An administrator save that succeeds but cannot reload the list reports the save and offers a Refresh button to try again
v4.0

Payment Reminder Router Slots

  • The Payment Reminder page shows purchased slots, assigned routers, and free slots
  • The router picker marks which routers carry Payment Reminder
  • A router without an assignment shows that Payment Reminder is not enabled for it, and Install stays off until your administrator assigns it
  • Ask support for more capacity; the administrator raises the slot count
v3.9

Hotspot Users Cleanup

  • Hotspot Users shows one status bar instead of a summary strip above a separate row of filter pills
  • Every segment is a filter and carries its own count, so All, Online, Offline, Disabled, Expiring soon, Limit reached, and Unlimited all read the same scope
  • The page title shows one number, the users in scope, so no two figures on the page disagree
  • Total data used stays at the end of the bar, apart from the filters
  • The limit-reached banner counts the same users as the Limit reached segment
  • On a phone the status bar scrolls as one row with a fade at the edge
  • One + Create user button opens a mode chooser: Voucher (fast) or Manual (advanced)
  • Quick User names the usage allowance and the validity in plain words and shows what each one means
  • A vendo preset names itself after it fills the price, usage allowance, and validity
  • A printed voucher shows a password only when one is set, so the code is not printed twice
  • The user table separates Access (Enabled or Disabled) from Online, and adds an Expires column
  • Bulk actions group Disable and Delete, with Kick & disable and Kick & delete behind the carets
  • The details drawer stops repeating the name, profile, and server already in its header
  • Hotspot Users drops the All servers picker and the More filters disclosure; Search and Refresh remain
  • Click the Name or Time used / limit column header to sort, and click it again to reverse the direction
v3.8

Subscriber Bills

  • The subscriber portal adds a Bills section beside Statements and Payment Receipts
  • Each bill shows its period, issue and due dates, original amount, payments applied, remaining balance, and a status of Unpaid, Partially Paid, or Paid
  • A bill past its due date with a balance left is marked Overdue
  • View a bill or download it as a PDF; a bill PDF is titled Bill and named with the account and period
  • Add plain-text payment instructions, such as GCash details, in Receipt Settings; they appear on subscriber bills
  • Cash refunds return money and raise the balance; credit adjustments lower what the subscriber owes
  • An unapplied payment stays a credit and does not settle a bill; the bills list shows it as its own line
  • The opening balance cutoff is the start of its effective date; transactions on or after it appear as activity
v3.7

Statement of Account

  • Subscribers can view and download a Statement of Account from their private link, beside their payment receipts
  • The statement shows the opening balance, total charges, total payments, net adjustments, closing balance or account credit, and a running balance
  • Pick This Month, Last Month, This Year, or a custom date range
  • Set an opening balance with an effective date when a subscriber has no charge history, so the statement starts from a known figure
  • Add credit or debit adjustments for refunds and corrections, each with a reason
  • Download the statement as a PDF titled Statement of Account, with page numbers on long statements
  • Statements read recorded charges and payments only; opening a statement changes no payment, charge, or receipt
v3.6

Subscriber Billing Portal

  • Give a subscriber a private link to view their payment receipts without an account or login
  • Open View Receipts from a subscriber Details panel to create, preview, copy, or open the link
  • Regenerate a link to replace a shared one; the old link and any page already open from it stop at once
  • Disable a link to cut off the page and every receipt download
  • The Subscriber Billing Portal shows your logo and business name, the subscriber name and account number, and their receipts
  • Open any receipt or download it as a PDF, on desktop or phone
  • Receipts keep their number, branding, and status; opening or downloading one changes no payment or plan
v3.5

Sales at a Glance

  • The dashboard shows a Sales today panel: the reporting scope, today's revenue, transactions, average ticket, and active machines
  • Sales today can be narrowed to one machine from its header scope dropdown
  • WAN Interfaces carries its own router picker; it is the one dashboard panel that follows the router selection
  • Sales today sits beside Subscriptions expiring on a wide screen and above it on a phone
  • The Sales overview drops its Needs a visit list; the Collections tab holds the collection list
v3.4

Expense Manager

  • A new Expense Manager page tracks income and spending per operator, across every router
  • Three summary cards for Income, Expenses, and Total stay visible while you scroll, on desktop and phone
  • Pick a period: Today, This week, This month, All dates, or a custom range; weeks begin Monday
  • Add and edit entries with a type, date, amount, category, account, and note
  • Add a category or an account from the entry form and keep your entered values
  • Categories start with common income and expense names; rename, add, and archive them, with names unique per type
  • Accounts start with Cash, GCash, and Credit Card; each carries an opening balance and a running balance or outstanding debt
  • Record a transfer between accounts, including a credit card payment, without changing Income, Expenses, or Total
  • Search and filter the transaction list by type, category, account, and date, with server-side pages
  • Delete an entry to a Deleted view and restore it; deleted entries stop counting toward summaries and balances
  • Amounts show two decimals and use the Philippine peso
  • Export a JSON backup of your accounts, categories, and transactions, and import one back; a repeated import merges by name and skips what is already there
  • Delete an entry permanently from the Deleted view once it is no longer needed
  • Delete an account or category only while nothing uses it; once a transaction references it, archive it instead
  • On a phone the header stays on one line and the router status keeps a clear dot
  • Buttons, filters, selects, and form controls are sized for touch across every page
  • The dashboard shows CPU and memory with their % unit and drops the wasted space on phones
  • Subscriptions expiring and needs-attention sit side by side on a wide screen
v3.3

Remote Winbox & API

  • A new client dashboard at /remote/dashboard shows your Remote Access routers, endpoints, and setup steps
  • Summary cards show active subscriptions, expiring soon, and the next active expiry with its router name
  • Pick one of three monthly plans per router: Remote Basic (PHP 50, no forwarding), Remote 10 (PHP 150, 10 ports), or Remote 20 (PHP 300, 20 ports)
  • Each router card lists its plan, monthly fee, included forwarding ports, services, and start and expiry dates
  • Copy the public Winbox and non-SSL API endpoints in one click; API SSL is disabled
  • A Port Forwarding section lists every assigned slot, its public endpoint, and its router-side port
  • Configure each forwarding slot with a device label, private LAN IP, and HTTP or HTTPS destination, then generate a ready-to-paste MikroTik script
  • Changing a slot field clears the generated script until you save and generate again; saved slots read "Saved · not verified"
  • Changing a plan previews the fee and port changes first; a downgrade lists the exact ports released
  • Setup is two steps: download the certificate, confirm it finished, then import it and configure SSTP
  • Submit a payment reference from the router card and track it as Awaiting Review, Approved, or Rejected, with the approved resulting expiry
  • Renewal periods show their exact day count, and My Account lets you change your password
  • Connection status reads "Not monitored"; the dashboard does not guess online or offline
v3.2

Printable Payment Receipts

  • Print a receipt from any subscriber Payments tab, with a per-operator number like RCP-000001
  • Brand receipts in Settings with your business name, logo, address, contact, and footer
  • Pick 80mm Thermal or A4 per print; the preview opens on your saved default
  • Receipts show the allocation breakdown with totals; reprints keep the number and branding
  • Receipts name the applied months and the oldest outstanding bill with its remaining balance
  • Receipts forecast the next scheduled bill as an estimate with an as-of timestamp
  • Set a Received by name in Settings for new receipts
  • Save & Print records the payment and opens its preview in one step
  • Settings groups cards under This site and Account; connection and monitoring carry a This router only badge
  • Receipt settings sit last on the page behind a disclosure; unsaved branding joins the leave-page warning
  • Plan Status shows the full monthly price with extra routers, matching the admin total
  • Remove logo asks first before it deletes the file
v3.1

Monthly Billing for Subscribers

  • Subscriptions gain a monthly billing ledger: an account number, a year of due dates, and a status for every month
  • Record payment applies to the oldest unpaid month or one you pick, and shows the split before you save
  • Assign applies an unallocated receipt to unpaid months from the Payments tab
  • Enable billing per subscriber; bills fall on the plan start day and are billed in advance
  • Stop and resume billing without billing the months you skipped
  • A rate change takes effect today; months already billed keep their rate
  • Enroll a subscriber with Start monthly billing to bill from day one
  • Payments and access are separate: Record payment writes the ledger only, Extend Service changes expiry only, and Change Service Speed updates the router speed
  • The subscription Details modal is now tabbed: Billing, Payments, and Events
  • PPPoE Active Down and Up now read the right way round
v3.0

Safer Applies and a Three-Item Dashboard

  • Filter pills, disclosure rows, and the preset delete grow to finger size on phones; desktop keeps its density
  • The Network Health time range drives every chart on phones and tablets
  • Trend modes and tab rows fade at the scroll edge instead of clipping; Compare weeks read Sep 28; machine names get a wider column; History timestamps read with a separator
  • A closed More filters names its active values with a count; History keeps your filter, scope, and search in the URL through a reload
  • The Best on desktop tip is gone; a phone lands on the dashboard
  • Denomination bar counts read dark on every fill
  • The vendo preset editor labels every field
  • Hotspot Users counts follow the search box as well as the server and profile
  • Needs a visit and Subscriptions expiring show three rows on the dashboard; Sales Overview shows the top three with View all 5
  • Sales Apply asks first with the profile, the router, and the line count, and warns the old script is unrecoverable
  • A failed merge toasts and leaves the result empty with Copy off
  • The Overwrite dialog names the router and offers your current scripts as a download; the scheduler warning carries the WinBox fix
  • One Access rails read A and B with a live stepper; code blocks scroll on phones with the system sections marked
  • The subscription Details modal shows every payment and event on a short screen; long values wrap instead of clipping
  • Re-enroll a deleted subscriber and the dashboard turns the service on; a failed enable keeps the plan and names the retry step
  • The Network Pulse cards drop to two columns on narrow windows instead of overlapping
